1. Nature of Services

Clinianity LLC (“the Company”) is a boutique medical tourism consultancy and digital intermediary incorporated in the State of Florida.

• Consultancy Role: We provide information, research, and administrative coordination to assist clients in identifying and connecting with third-party medical providers in the Republic of Türkiye.

• Non-Provider Status: Clinianity LLC is not a healthcare provider, medical facility, or licensed physician. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Intermediary Logistics: All travel and transport services are facilitated by third-party TÜRSAB-licensed (Group A) agencies. All medical procedures are performed by independent, third-party facilities holding a valid International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate.

 

2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

The content on this website and any communication with Clinianity LLC employees or representatives is for informational purposes only. It does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. Clients are strictly advised to consult with their primary care physician in the United States before undergoing international medical travel.

 

3. Independent Contractor Disclosure

All hospitals, clinics, and surgeons in the Clinianity network are Independent Contractors. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Clinianity LLC. Each medical professional exercises independent clinical judgment. Clinianity LLC does not oversee, control, or accept responsibility for the medical protocols or surgical techniques employed by these licensed providers.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law:

• Medical Outcomes: Clinianity LLC shall not be liable for any medical malpractice, surgical complications, personal injury, or dissatisfaction with clinical results arising from services provided by third-party clinics in Turkey.

• Travel Risks: Clinianity LLC is not responsible for travel delays, visa denials, or force majeure events.

• Total Liability: The Company’s total liability for any claim related to its consultancy services shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by the Client directly to Clinianity LLC.

 

5. Data Privacy & International Transfer

Clinianity LLC complies with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA) and utilizes HIPAA-aligned encryption standards.

• Consent to Transfer: By using our services, you provide Explicit Consent for Clinianity LLC to transmit your health data and images to our authorized clinical partners in Turkey for the purpose of medical evaluation.

• Security: We utilize secure, AES-256 bit encrypted servers to protect your sensitive information during the coordination process.

 

6. Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement and any dispute arising from the Company’s services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Petersburg, Florida.

 

7. Payment & Refund Policy

• Consultancy Fees: Fees paid to Clinianity LLC for coordination and research services are for professional time and are non-refundable.

• Clinical Deposits: Deposits paid for medical procedures are subject to the specific refund and cancellation policies of the licensed medical facility in Turkey. Clinianity LLC does not control the refund schedules of third-party clinics.

 

8. Patient Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing a 100% accurate medical history. Clinianity LLC is not liable for complications resulting from undisclosed pre-existing conditions or inaccurate data provided by the Client.
