As a client of Clinianity LLC, you have the right to:

• Transparency: Receive a clear and itemized breakdown of costs included in your selected service package.

• Verification: Request and receive the Ministry of Health Authorization Number of the medical facility and the TÜRSAB License Number of the travel partner assigned to your journey.

• Provider Credentials: Access information regarding the board certifications and professional experience of the surgeons within our network.

• Privacy: Have your personal and sensitive health data handled with AES-256 encryption and stored on secure, HIPAA-aligned servers.

• Language Access: Access professional translation services during clinical consultations to ensure total clarity regarding your treatment plan.

 

2. Your Responsibilities as a Patient

To ensure a safe and successful outcome, you have the responsibility to:

• Provide Accurate History: Disclose a 100% truthful and complete medical history, including all past surgeries, current medications, chronic conditions, and allergies.

• Follow Clinical Protocols: Strictly adhere to all pre-operative and post-operative instructions provided by the medical team in Turkey.

• Travel Readiness: Ensure you hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and meet all visa requirements for entry into the Republic of Türkiye.

• Insurance: Verify your own travel and health insurance coverage regarding international medical complications, as Clinianity LLC does not provide medical insurance.

• Informed Consent: Thoroughly read and understand the Informed Consent documents provided by the licensed medical facility in Turkey before proceeding with any intervention.
